Here’s how I did this quest with my lv65 shaman (for the worg pup, as the smoulderweb hatchling requires serious agro)

1: Make sure you have a stack of lesser invisability potions and a stack of swiftness potions

2: Being 70 is easy but it can be done at 65, its a case of agro avoiding.

3: Respecting might not be needed but I respeced for resto to be on the safe side. I put 2 points in self ress to make the cooldown easier if I needed to use it.

– Go into blackrock spire, and make your way through, taking the path up to the right, jumping down (waiting for the 2 patrols to pass under you) and hug the wall as you go round the passage leading to hordimar city.

– Once there take a direct pass to the right and jump down on the beam next to the wall, looking down at the lave below (your see the ogres on the other side) and walk around until you see the blackrock orcs below you.

– Once there, wait for the 2 patrols to pass, and jump down, keeping away from the mobs, your only have a moment to do this, make sure the patrols have gone left before you do.

– At this point, drink the swiftness potion and lesser invisibility potion (or normal invisibility potion) and bolt though the area. Your only have 15 seconds to do it, so before you reach the orcs stood near to the spiders, hug the wall, and stay there in the middle of the 2 groups. Your need to wait 10 minutes for your potion to cool down before doing it again.

– use the invisibility potion, and go past those orcs, but stop just on the sloop away from them and before the spiders. Its another case of waiting for the invisibility potion to cooldown. Once it does, use that and swiftness potion again (use swiftness first) and bolt up the slop, round and along the beam and quickly up through the rubble through the doorway before it wears off.

– Your see the ogres now. One ogre mage will patrol close to where you are, so wait for him to walk back up. Again, wait for potions to cooldown, and get close enough before using swiftness and invisibility again. Go up and round the corner.

– This is important, your see the door ahead, but just before it is a beam on the left hand side, just past the scorpions on the right. Get in front of this beam and against the corner. The scorpions won’t see you, and the patrolling dogs and orc won’t see you. Your need to wait again.

– Once the potions have cooldown, wait for the orc and dogs to go back through the door and up the stairs. Keeping a distance follow her and wait for her to turn left. Now use the potions, and bolt right and to the worg den on the left. Make sure you race on it and get in the left hand corner as fast as possible, avoiding agro from the worg pups.

– Last thing, theres a worg pup near to you, have the carrier on a macro and keep inching towards it, pressing the macro until it captures the pup. The other pups will agro and kill you, but the quest will be done.
