At the fiery pinnacle of Blackrock Spire lies the menacing Blackwing Lair. Originally built as part of the Dark Iron fortress, the lair has recently been transformed into the abode of a sinister black dragon, Nefarian. Guarded by fanatical dragonspawn and various agents of the black flight, Blackwing Lair is one of the most hazardous locations on Azeroth. Nefarian is ruthless in protecting his dark sanctum and the vile experiments he lords over. Only those brave enough to enter his lair will discover the terrifying secret of the black dragonflight — and uncover their true plan to re-conquer the mortal world.
Gameplay: Blackwing Lair is an upper-tier raid zone, designed for raid groups of 40 players of maximum level. The Lair lies deep within Blackrock Spire in the heart of the Eastern Kingdoms. It is being tuned as an extremely challenging instance for those who have completed the Molten Core and beaten Onyxia.

Blizzard Downloader (or Background Downloader) is a combination BitTorrent/HTTP client used for Blizzard Entertainment’s software products. It was first implemented with the MMORPG World of Warcraft. It is used to download the full game installer package, and periodic updates for the game. It is also used to download the trailers for The Burning Crusade, StarCraft II, and Diablo III. Early versions were based on the source code of the original BitTorrent client, though it is unclear what the source model is now. When a large update is issued, Blizzard Downloader is downloaded to the WoW directory and it fetches the update file, using TCP ports 3724 and 6881. Blizzard offers an individual client for each download they offer, instead of just a torrent file. Blizzard Downloader also runs in the background under the name of Background Downloader. While the downloader is running, the program also uploads parts of files over the internet to other users who need the same data. To pause a download in progress, simply close the downloader program (do not cancel the download first) and it should resume where it left off when you start the downloader again.

In patch 3.0.8, the look of the downloader were upgraded to match the launcher and made to look more specific to World of Warcraft. Previously, the window was much simpler with considerably less artistry. There were no obvious functional improvements, but the splash art could possibly change with each patch or for different product downloads (assuming it is still used for non- products).

First things first, you want to do quests until you hit level 30 before you start grinding.
Once you hit level 30 then go to Shimmering Flats and do all the kill quests and grind on the basilisks around the small lake to the south of the race way until you hit level 33-34.
From there if you have higher level help you can go straight to Scarlet Monastery and have them help you grind out that instance several times until you hit level 40. I find this way to be the quickest and best, but only with higher level help.
